內(nèi)容摘要
哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞低溫凍存是生物研究中的核心操作，可避免珍貴細(xì)胞因污染、設(shè)備故障等意外丟失。但傳統(tǒng)凍存方案存在諸多痛點(diǎn)：實(shí)驗(yàn)室無專用程序降溫設(shè)備、凍存液需添加血清、操作包含多次洗滌步驟、復(fù)雜凍存流程易引入實(shí)驗(yàn)變量，干擾實(shí)驗(yàn)重復(fù)性。
Bambanker™是即用型細(xì)胞凍存保護(hù)液，可大幅簡(jiǎn)化凍存操作、縮短實(shí)驗(yàn)流程，助力實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化凍存條件，提升實(shí)驗(yàn)可重復(fù)性。截至本手冊(cè)整理時(shí)，已有超過 120 種不同細(xì)胞 / 樣本在同行評(píng)審文獻(xiàn)中證實(shí)可使用 Bambanker™凍存。本手冊(cè)將已發(fā)表案例整理為帶文獻(xiàn) DOI 號(hào)的匯總表格，方便科研人員快速查閱參考。
材料與方法
檢索所有將 Bambanker™作為凍存液的同行評(píng)審學(xué)術(shù)論文，篩選并提取文中記錄的凍存細(xì)胞 / 樣本類型、文獻(xiàn)信息，匯總生成下文表 1。文獻(xiàn)檢索與篩選規(guī)則如下：
1.檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫：PubMed、谷歌學(xué)術(shù)
2.文獻(xiàn)時(shí)間范圍：截止至 2025 年 12 月
納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
•經(jīng)過同行評(píng)審公開發(fā)表的論文
•材料與方法部分明確描述使用 Bambanker™凍存細(xì)胞
•論文擁有數(shù)字對(duì)象標(biāo)識(shí)符（DOI）
文獻(xiàn)篩選規(guī)則
通過文獻(xiàn)綜述檢索全部相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)；僅將明確標(biāo)注 Bambanker™為凍存保護(hù)液的文獻(xiàn)納入。為保證表格簡(jiǎn)潔實(shí)用，每種細(xì)胞 / 樣本類型僅選取 1 篇代表性文獻(xiàn)。
更新機(jī)制
本表格每年復(fù)審更新，補(bǔ)充新發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)中新增的適用細(xì)胞 / 樣本類型；當(dāng)前版本收錄文獻(xiàn)截止至 2025 年 12 月。
結(jié)果
