國產(chǎn)輪廓儀廠家生產(chǎn)的國產(chǎn)輪廓儀/粗糙度輪廓儀為接觸式測量。X軸采用高精密的摩擦導(dǎo)軌為基準(zhǔn),Z1軸采用數(shù)字傳感器,觸針輕觸表面,傳感器記錄初始位置,驅(qū)動機構(gòu)帶動測頭沿設(shè)定路徑移動,觸針隨表面起伏,傳感器實時記錄觸針位移,測繪出被測零件的表面輪廓形狀的坐標(biāo)點,通過計算機的軟件對傳感器采集的原始數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)學(xué)運算處理,標(biāo)注所需的測量項目。
