The iCDT
is a reliable and accurate test system for testing vehicle doors. Not only the dynamic opening and closing of the door, but also all other functions of the door, such as mirrors, windows, etc., can be tested in parallel. This test bench is easy to install, provides accurate test results, and its features are easy to set and vary.

The mechanical assembly of the system in your test vehicle, bodyshell or equipped vehicle takes for just one employee about 2 hours per system. The handling of the unit is as easy as possible for a one man operation. To allow an easier re-assembly of the system for known
bodyworks, all mechanically adjustable parts are scaled to enable recording of the given settings. The test system can be adjusted and used from small vehicles to vans.

Our in-house development department is constantly working on updates and improvements around the iCDT. In the latest generation, among other things, the weight on the door handle is significantly reduced.
