Cleaning principles:
Plasma is a state of being. Matter usually exists in three states: solid, liquid and gas. But in some particular cases, it exists as the fourth state, for example substances in ionosphere of earth atmosphere. Substances exist in plasma state as follows : electrons moving in high speed ,neutral atom 、molecule and atomic group （free radicals）in activated state, ionized atom and molecule unreacted atom and molecule etc. But generally material remains neutral state.
Plasma cleaner is to treat the sample surface by taking use of the active components property. RF power will bright up under constant pressure. In this situation, plasma with high energy in disorder is produced. The aim of surface clean, modification, photoresist-ashing will be achieved after the sample surface was bombarded by plasma.
